We are committed to making your shopping experience pleasurable and will do everything we can to ensure this.

Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We strive to ship orders out within 48 hours of receipt. However, due to the hand-made nature of the products, we may occasionally experience some delays. Should we run out of any items, we will notify you immediately, letting you know the expected shipping date.

We ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days. If you need your order faster, you may select USPS Express Mail next day service.

All orders are shipped free to US addresses (including Hawaii and Alaska) using USPS Priority Mail.

Orders delivered to Florida are subject to a 6.00% Sales Tax.

Returns
Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs). Please note that products must be in their original, unopened condition. We regret we cannot accept returns of opened and/or tested products.

Refunds will be given following receipt of returned product.
In the unlikely event that your order is not received as placed, we will exchange the product and refund any extra shipping charges, with our apologies.

Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal, you may enter your credit card information directly. We do not have access your credit card information.

Please note that all orders that are placed but not paid for will be marked "pending" and will be deleted after 5 days.

Privacy
In order to process your order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, and shipping address. This will allow us to confirm and ship your order. We will use this information for the purpose of shipping your orders only, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

We will not disclose or sell this information to any outside parties without your consent except when required by law to do so. We are committed to your privacy.

Although our products are made using the finest ingredients, and undergo strict testing, it is impossible to completely exclude the possibility of an allergic reaction. If you believe you may be allergic to any of our products, please discontinue use immediately. Please note that some people with sensitive skin may experience a slight, but temporary flush when using some of our products. This is normal, but should disappear within 30 minutes.
